For over 15 years I've worked as an interim HR Director/Head of HR with organisations across the UK.  I have worked with both SMEs and large organisations in various sectors such as local government, housing and social care, further and higher education, not-for-profit, NHS and the private sector. I am passionate about helping organisations and people achieve their maximum potential through practical and commercial approaches; and so I work collaboratively with my clients to find the right solutions for them.
